How do I get involved?

At UNIT Monash we’re always on the lookout for those who have an avid passion for finance and a great team attitude.

The application process is outlined below. While we generally recruit at the start of the semester, you are welcome to reach out to us during the year via our website contact form or Facebook page for details on upcoming opportunities!

CV & Questionnaire

The first stage involves sending us your resume and telling us about your hobbies, skills and what led to your interest in applying for UNIT.

Group Case Study

If successful, you’ll be invited to complete a group case study. The aim of this stage is to test your teamwork and critical thinking abilities.

Individual Interview

On the day of the case study, there will also be an individual interview to help us get to know you better.

Onboarding & Induction

Once all the hard work is done, you’ll have a chance to meet all the UNIT committee members and get briefed on your role at UNIT.
